Vivo TWS Air2 Spotted On SDPPI Certification Website With Model Number XEW29
The Chinese manufacturer Vivo officially unveiled Vivo TWS Air2 earbuds in its home country China last year but there was no use in the global launch of these earbuds. The earbuds were spotted on the SDPPI certification website with model number CAR W29 hinting at its global launch.
Although later the rumor mill went silent with the updates of these earbuds. Today The Tech Outlook has once again spotted Vivo TWS Air2 earbuds on the SDPPI website but with different models and certificate numbers.
The earbuds are spotted with certificate number 99968/SDPPI/2024 and model number XEW29 on the above database. This seems to be a different variant of the earbuds and the listing once again suggests the global launch of these earbuds. However, to know the exact launch details, we do need to wait for an official announcement.

It is equipped with a pair of 14.2mm speakers and supports audio features like DeepX 3.0 stereo sound effects and 3D panoramic audio. It also supports an AI call noise reduction feature as well, along with a low game latency of 55ms. To add, it has Bluetooth connectivity support of version 5.3, with a maximum Bluetooth range of 10 meters.
Regarding its battery life, a 6-hour battery life can be enjoyed on just the earbuds, which can be expanded to up to 30 hours with the help of the charging dock. The earbuds consist of a 2-pin charging unit, whereas the charging case has a USB type-C port.
