Garmin best known for its GPS navigation and wearable technology can soon launch the successor of the Garmin Edge 1040. There have been some reports around it earlier though this time the Garmin Edge 1050 was spotted on Garmin’s Taiwan website by a Reddit user and cyclisthub.

For those who are unaware of Garmin Edge, this is a GPS bike computer designed for cyclists. It comes with some advanced features like detailed maps, route planning capabilities, and more. As per the recent listing of the Garmin Edge 1050, its leaked images reveal that it can come with angular corners and display edges being slightly curved. The rest of the things like the thick bezels and screen-to-body ratio look similar to the Garmin Edge 1040.

In terms of features, the images revealed that it can come with features like Group Ride, refined metrics page, Garmin Pay, and new buttons on the side. It is speculated to come with a new display with a higher resolution of 480 x 800 pixels. The Garmin Edge 1050 is said to come with double storage that is 64GB. As far as price is concerned it is speculated to be around $699. The company has yet not said anything about the launch of Garmin Edge 1050 though they should not be far from doing this especially after it accidentally appeared on the official site.
