The Chinese smartphone brand Oppo has recently unveiled the Oppo A3 Pro 5G in the Indian market while in April the device made its debut in the Chinese market. However, the Chinese variant was different from the Indian variant. The brand is now heading toward the launch of its next smartphone- the Oppo A3, this smartphone has been a part of the rumor mill for a long time and will now be making its debut in China.
Oppo has officially announced that Oppo A3 will be launching in China on 2nd July at 14:30 (local time in China).
The smartphone will be arriving in Mountain Green, Aurora Purple, and Jinghai Black color options. The brand has also teased some key highlights of the device.
The smartphone is 7.15mm thick. It will feature a curved and streamlined middle frame that provides users with a comfortable grip while it will sport a straight screen. It is revealed to arrive with super fall-resistant, super wear-resistant and super durable body. The smartphone will be equipped with a circular camera module at the rear side that includes three camera sensors and an LED flash while on the front it features a punch hole cutout for the selfie camera.
The reservations for this upcoming smartphone have already started in China via Oppo’s official website.
Oppo A3: Specifications (expected)
According to a recent China telecom listing, the device is revealed to arrive with Snapdragon 695 SoC. Oppo A3 5G will feature a 6.7″ flat display with a screen resolution of 2412*1080 and a size of 162.54×75.44×7.15 mm, weighing about 179.05 grams. It is said to run on Android 14 OS. The rear camera setup includes a 50MP main sensor and a 2MP secondary sensor, while the front camera has an 8MP sensor in a punch-hole layout. The battery size is revealed to be 5,000 mAh. The device is said to arrive with three storage options- 8GB/256GB, 12GB/256GB, and 12GB/512GB.
