We just recently saw the Vivo listing the Vivo Pad 3 on its official website for the China region along with the configuration option details and color options. The Vivo Pad 3 tablet is available for pre-orders in China. The tablet comes in the following variants

The Vivo Pad 3 tablet comes in three color options Spring Tide Blue, Thin Purple, and Cold Star Gray.
Vivo Pad 3 Specifications
The Vivo Pad 3 tablet features a 12.1 inch wide LCD 2.8K display with 144Hz refresh rate and 600 nits of peak brightness. It is powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor paired with the LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. In the camera department, the tablet gets an 8MP camera on the rear and a 5MP camera on the front.
It is backed by a 10,000mAh massive battery that supports 44W fast charging. Additionally, it also comes with a thermal cooling system, a speaker system, Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.4 support, and a USB-C (USB 3.2 Gen 1) port. It runs Android 14 based OriginOS 4 out of the box. The Vivo Pad 3 tablet is the rebranded version of the iQOO Pad 2 that has already been launched in China.
