Poco has already announced its plans to launch the Poco F6 Deadpool edition, and now there is yet another smartphone coming from Poco. This is the Poco M6 Plus, whose specs have been circulating on the internet for some time. The Flipkart microsite is now up, mentioning the launch date as 1st August 2024. It also specifies certain specs about this smartphone, which I will discuss below.
Poco M6 Plus
According to the poster uploaded on Flipkart, the Poco M6 Plus will feature a 108MP dual rear camera setup with an aperture of f/1.75 and 3X in-sensor zoom. It will also include an auto night mode. Regarding its other specs, we can expect to see more teasers in the coming days.
However, according to earlier reports, this smartphone is expected to be a tweaked version of the Redmi Note 13R, which was recently released in China. Additionally, a recent sighting of this smartphone on the Google Play Console revealed that it will be powered by the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 SoC.
Additionally, 91Mobiles reported earlier that the Poco M6 Plus will feature a 6.79″ LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The report also mentions that the secondary rear camera will be 2MP, while the front selfie camera will be 13MP. Furthermore, it is expected to pack a 5,030 mAh battery with 33W fast charging support. However, this information is not official yet, and we should wait for the official details to be confirmed.
Pricing (Expected)
It may come in three colour options: Purple, Black, and Silver. You can expect two RAM options, 6GB and 8GB, but with a single storage option of 128GB. The pricing for the 6GB RAM variant may be Rs 13,999, while the 8GB RAM variant may cost around Rs 14,999. Additionally, it is expected to come with a Rs 1,000 discount.
