Lenovo ThinkBook Plus Gen 5 Hybrid Laptop Listed On Lenovo US Site With “Coming Soon” Message
Lenovo has silently released the ThinkBook Plus Gen 5 Hybrid in various markets. This laptop has come in these markets after seven months after its debut at CES 2024 in Las Vegas. It is available in Eurozone and UK markets while it’s listed with the “Coming Soon” message on Lenovo’s official site for the US region.
The special thing about the ThinkBook Plus Gen 5 Hybrid laptop, is that it not only can be converted into a tablet and a laptop but it can also switch between Android 13 and Windows 11 swiftly. It is powered by the Intel core ultra 7 155H processor and is backed by a 75Wh battery that supports 100W charging.
It packs 32GB LPDDRX5 dual channel 7467MHz memory and 1TB M.2 PCIe Gen4 storage. The tablet makes sure to deliver exceptional speed, efficiency, and visual clarity with the combination of Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor with Qualcomm Adreno GPU. It comes with the 38Wh battery and USB Type C port separately. The tablet also packs 12GB of LPDDr5X RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage.
The laptop features a 14 inch wide 2.8K resolution OLED display with low blue light certification and Dolby Vision support. Additionally, it comes with a pair of 2W output speakers and two Thunderbolt 4 ports.
Price and availability
The ThinkBook Plus Gen 5 Hybrid laptop is currently available in China for CNY 15,999(~$2,249). It is listed for €1,979 (~$2,174) and £2,199.98 (~$2,807) in the Eurozone and UK, respectively. Its official website for the US region shows the “coming soon” and does not reveal the price of the laptop though it should also be revealed soon.
