Vivo Y300 5G Smartphone Appeared On IMEI Database Ahead Of Launch

Vivo recently launched a new smartphone in the Vivo Y series named Vivo Y200 Pro. It came with the tag of being the slimmest smartphone with a 3D curved display in the segment. Now the company is reportedly working on the successor Vivo Y300 series. As per the Gizmochina a smartphone with the model number V2416 appeared in the IMEI database. The smartphone has appeared with the moniker thus confirming it for further appearances on other certification websites.

This is not the first time a smartphone from the Vivo Y300 series has appeared on a certification website. Recently a smartphone with the model number V2402 appeared on IMEI with the moniker Vivo Y300 Pro 5G. Detailed specs of these two phones remain under the wrap though expecting improvements from the series would not be a wrong thing.

We know that we will have to wait for the launch of the Vivo Y300 series but till then we can get to know about the specs of the recently launched Vivo Y200 Pro smartphone. This will allow you to expect the specs of upcoming series phones based on that.

Vivo Y200 Pro 5G

The device boasts a decent screen size with a 6.78″ curved AMOLED display, offering a resolution of 2400 × 1080 and a 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, it houses a Snapdragon 695 SoC paired with FuntouchOS 14 based on Android 14. For camera enthusiasts, it features a dual rear camera setup with a 64MP anti-shake OIS Night camera with 2x portrait and a 2MP bokeh sensor. The front camera is a 16MP selfie shooter.

The device is launched with a single memory configuration of 8GB RAM(LPDDR4x) and 128GB(UFS 2.2) storage, and it also supports expandable RAM up to 8 GB. It is equipped with a 5,000 mAh battery and supports 44W fast charging. Lastly, it is also IP54 dust and water-resistant certified.
