boAt Wanderer Smart Watch for kids launched in India with 1.43″ HD Display, 2MP Camera, Geo Fencing, Parental Controls and more

boAt’s latest addition, a smartwatch designed specifically for kids, has been launched in the Indian market. This smartwatch comes with several features, including Geo-Fencing, parental controls, and more. In addition to these, it also features a 2MP camera and offers LTE support for voice calling.

It features a 1.43″ TFT HD display and a 650 mAh battery, with boAt claiming a standby time of up to 68 hours, or approximately 2 days. This smartwatch includes a 4G SIM slot, allowing you to insert a SIM card. It also offers two-way video and audio calls and is equipped with a 2MP camera.

One of the key features this smartwatch boasts is geo-fencing, along with built-in GPS, a Class Forbidden (Study) Mode, a Remote Camera (You can access it from another device remotely), unknown call restriction, Auto Answer, and Voice Chat. It also includes an SOS alert option, which notifies you of your child’s GPS location at the click of a button. You can also track your kid’s health by step tracking.

It is available in three colour options: Candy Pink, Sky Blue, and Sunshine Yellow. For protection, it features an IP68-rated body that safeguards against dust, sweat, and splashes.

On Amazon India, you can pre-order it for Rs 4,999, with an additional Rs 500 discount if you pre-book. Meanwhile, it is currently listed on boAt’s official website and Flipkart for Rs 5,999. The smartwatch will officially go on sale on August 22nd.
