Vivo has already confirmed the launch date of the Vivo X200 series in China, which is October 14th. This time the company can launch the standard and Pro models while the Ultra model can be launched earlier next year. These phones have already been part of numerous reports and rumours and once again a new update has come about its Ultra model.
As per the recent Weibo post by the DCS the Vivo X200 Ultra smartphone can be powered by the processor named “SM8750” which is a codename of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 SoC. About the camera section, the tipster said that it can come with the 200MP periscope lens on the rear. The tipster has also mentioned that it will be completed with three lenses of 50MP. If this claim comes out to be true, it would mean an upgrade of the triple camera setup in the Vivo X100 Ultra to the quad camera setup in the Vivo X200 Ultra smartphone.
Among these three 50MP cameras on the back, one can have a fixed large aperture while the other two can be an ultrawide and telephoto lens. In another Weibo post, DCS also tipped the battery specifications of the phones. As per the post the Vivo X200 Pro smartphone can come with a 6,000mAh battery while the Vivo X200 smartphone can come with a 5,800mAh battery. The Vivo X200 series phones have already cleared the 3C and MIIT certification website.
