Upcoming OPPO Find X8 Smartphone Front Display Revealing Narrow Bezels Shared Online; Bezel Size Tipped
Reports regarding the next OPPO Find X8 smartphone are being shared a lot recently and the device by far has made some appearance on both global and Chinese certification platforms, which makes us believe that the launch of the device is nearing. Also, it is being said that the Find X8 series could be launched this month on the 21st of October 2024.
Now, a new update has arrived concerning the upcoming vanilla Find X8 smartphone. The full front display of the smartphone revealing its bezel thickness has been shared online, pointing that the device will be featuring thinner bezels this time.

OPPO Find X8 – Revealed to Feature Thinner Bezels
Just last month, we had witnessed the launch of Apple’s iPhone 16 series devices and one of the most notable features was the new camera control button. It was reported recently that OPPO could be bringing an alert slider and a customizable pressure-sensitive button, revealing OPPO’s plans to bring something similar like Apple’s action button and camera controller. Well, one more thing might be adopted by them.
Apart from the camera control button, the latest iPhone 16 series featured thinner bezels which provided the respective devices with more display area. This was notable in the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max models, and the two had received an increase in display size by 0.2 mm [iPhone 16 Pro – 6.3″ (from 6.1″); iPhone 16 Pro Max 6.9″ (from 6.7″)].
While reports doesn’t point to any display size increase (but a decrease) for the Find X8 smartphone, now it has been shared that the smartphone may only have 1.45 mm narrow black bezels on all four sides (However, the original source mentions it as 1.5 mm). On the display side, it is said to feature a 6.5″ BOE flat display with a 1.5K resolution.
Speaking about some of the other updates, the Find X8 smartphone is expected to be powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 9400 processor and should probably support 80W wired and 50W wireless charging features. New updates have revealed specs like three 50MP camera sensors – 50MP main camera, 50MP ultrawide camera, and 50MP periscope telephoto (3x) camera. The telephoto lens would likely be a Sony LYT-600 camera sensors. IP68/IP69-rated ingress protection, 7 mm thickness, 190 gm weight, and the brand’s BeaconLink off-network communication feature are some other expected specs. Four color choices can be expected as well – Black, White, Blue and Pink.
