iQOO 13 Smartphone Pre-Booking Starts in China: Launch Suggested to Take Place by End of October 2024

Very recently the tech sphere was moved with the first look at the upcoming iQOO 13 smartphone and now, the brand has begun its pre-booking in China with an expected launch by the end of this month.

iQOO 13 – Pre-Booking and Launch

From the poster image that has been shared, it can be understood that iQOO has announced the pre-booking for its 13 flagship smartphone in China, and interested Chinese customers can now book it by paying CNY 9.9. For those pre-booking the device, iQOO has also listed many benefits, which includes a gift pack worth CNY 557, three year battery warranty, one year extended warranty, and a wireless sports headphones.

Also to be noted, along with the tagline ‘Monster Inside’, pointing to the upcoming device’s peak performance, the brand has added ‘See at the end of October (translated)’, suggesting that the launch of the iQOO 13 smartphone will take place on the 30th of October 2024, or by the end of this month itself.

Speaking of some of the smartphone’s revealed/expected specs, reports have revealed that the device could be powered by Qualcomm’s 8 Elite processor and with the support for up to 16GB LPDDR5x RAM and 1TB UFS 4.0 storage. The smartphone may also be featuring a BOE Q10 flat AMOLED display with 2K resolution and 144Hz refresh rate support. The device is also said to equip a Q2 independent display chip too. On the camera side, 50MP Sony IMX921 primary camera, 50MP Samsung ISOCELL JN1 ultrawide camera, and 50MP IMX826 2x telesphoto camera are expected. 6100 mAh battery, 120W wired fast charging, PD charging, USB 3.x, single-point ultrasonic fingerprint reader, and an IP68-rated body are also few of its other expected specifications.

Apart from the Chinese variant which has appeared on Geekbench, 3C, and IMEI databases, the global variant of the iQOO 13 device has also been spotted on EEC and SGS certification databases, confirming that following its debut in China, the global launch will be taking place later.
