Honor 300 Series to Bring a Small-Sized Smartphone Model Next Year States Tipster: Could be the Honor 300

The Chinese smartphone maker and the former Huawei subsidiary – Honor could be launching a small sized smartphone model in its upcoming 300 series, and this could be the vanilla 300 device itself.

Here’s more about it.

Honor 300 Series Small-Sized Smartphone Coming Next Year?

Honor has already unveiled its 200 series devices in the Chinese, global, European, UK, and Indian markets. So far, four models have been brought out under the 200 series – Honor 200, Honor 200 Pro, Honor 200 Lite, and Honor 200 Smart.

Reports are slowly arriving regarding the next Honor 300 series and now, a new update from tipster Smart Pikachu has revealed that the next Honor 300 series would probably be introducing a small-sized smartphone model. While nothing more has been shared, the tipster’s Weibo post suggests that it could be the vanilla Honor 300 device itself that may have a small-size form factor. Also, his post can also be read as many more smartphone brands could join this trend and unveil small-sized smartphones next year.

If we look more into it, there has always been a customer base for small-sized phones, but which is far less when compared with large-sized phones. We have previously seen brands like Apple and ASUS stopping the production of their small-sized smartphone models, leaving many small-sized smartphone lovers in distress.

While Apple’s iPhone 13 mini and ASUS’ Zenfone 10 were devices that had a screen size less than 6 inches (iPhone 13 mini – 5.4″; Zenfone 10 – 5.92″), Samsung has been launching Galaxy S-series vanilla models with screen size of 6.1″ ~ 6.2″. To note, the most recent Galaxy S24 has a screen size of 6.2″.

Just recently, Vivo had unveiled its X200 series in China, with the X200, X200 Pro, and X200 Pro mini models. The screen size of the X200 Pro mini is 6.3″, and a mini version is coming to the brand’s X-series for the first time. This could be pointing that Chinese smartphone makers maybe trying to revive the small-size smartphone market with their latest flagship series, but this is just an assumption and we still have to wait for more updates.

About the Honor 300 series, there are not many reliable updates yet, however, two months back, an alleged render image of the 300 Pro model was shared, revealing a unique camera module with four circular units having three camera units and an LED flashlight, and a curved display screen. Probably more updates may arrive soon in the coming weeks, with which, we can come to know more about Honor’s 300 series devices.

Stay tuned for it.
