OnePlus Releases OxygenOS Updates for Nord CE 4 Lite 5G and Pad 2 in India with October 2024 Security Patch
OnePlus has begun the incremental rollout of new OxygenOS updates for two of its devices in India. The Nord CE 4 Lite 5G receives OxygenOS 14.0.1.910 (CPH2619_14.0.1.910(EX01)), whilst the OnePlus Pad 2 gets OxygenOS 14.1.0.602 (OPD2403_14.1.0.602(EX01)).
Nord CE 4 Lite 5G Changelog: System
- Fixes an issue that may prevent the screen from turning off while casting
- Integrates the October 2024 Android security patch to enhance system security
OnePlus Pad 2 Changelog: System
- Reduces the power consumption of music Live Alerts
- Fixes a performance issue that may occur when pulling down the notification drawer
- Fixes an issue that may cause your internet connection to be frequently disconnected for Hearthstone
- Improves gaming experience
- Fixes a display issue with the task bar that may occur when you go from an app to the Home screen
Apps
- Fixes an issue that might cause some apps to crash
Accessories
- Fixes an occasional connection issue when the stylus is first attached to the tablet
Both updates are currently rolling out to a small percentage of users in India, with a broader rollout planned in the coming days. So far, there have been no reported issues from users who have installed these updates. OnePlus has confirmed that the updates will be released in other regions soon.
Indian users can report any bugs through the Google Dialer by typing *#800#, while users in other regions are encouraged to provide feedback through official OnePlus channels.
