iQOO has opened pre-orders for its upcoming Neo10 series in China, offering exclusive perks up to 2,267 RMB for early buyers. Customers who reserve a device now will receive Bluetooth earbuds, a three-year battery warranty, a customised screen protector, and up to 750 RMB trade-in credit for old devices. Additionally, iQOO provides a full year’s warranty and discounted screen replacement costs as part of the pre-order package.
The promotional image for the iQOO Neo10 series reveals a dual-camera setup on the back with “OIS” marked on the module, indicating optical image stabilization for the main camera. The device has a silver and orange colour scheme with a metallic frame. This design highlights iQOO’s focus on combining a functional camera setup with a distinct look in the Neo10 series.
Key Upgrades and Expected Specifications
According to leaks from tipster Digital Chat Station, both the iQOO Neo10 and Neo10 Pro are expected to include larger 6,100 mAh silicon batteries with 120W wired fast charging, an upgrade in battery capacity from the Neo9 series, which featured 5,160 mAh batteries. The Neo10 is likely to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, while the Neo10 Pro may use the MediaTek Dimensity 9400.
Both models are expected to feature a 6.78″ OLED LTPO 8T display with a 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. The Neo10 may have a 50MP + 8MP dual rear camera, while the Neo10 Pro could feature a 50MP + 50MP dual camera setup, both with optical image stabilization (OIS). Both devices are also expected to include a 16MP front camera.
Additional features include under-display fingerprint sensors (optical for Neo10, ultrasonic for Neo10 Pro), OriginOS 5 based on Android 15, up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM, and up to 1TB UFS 4.0 storage.
Expected Launch and Competition
The iQOO Neo10 series is expected to launch by the end of November 2024 in China, positioning it against upcoming models like the Redmi K80, OnePlus Ace 5, and Realme GT 7 Pro.
