OnePlus 13 and 13R Smartphones for Global Market Storage Options and Colors Tipped: Expected to Launch Soon
OnePlus has already released its 13 flagship device in the Chinese market, while the Ace 5 smartphone is said to debut either this month or next month. Now, the OnePlus 13 and 13R(re-branded Ace 5) smartphones for the global market have been tipped, revealing their storage variants and color choices. It is also pointed out that their launch is quite near.

OnePlus 13 and 13R Global Models Tipped – Storage Variants and Color Choices
As per this new update (received via @MysteryLupin), the OnePlus 13 5G will be introduced in the global market in three colors – Black Eclipse, Midnight Ocean, and Arctic Dawn. It is said to be offered in two storage options – 12GB/256GB and 16GB/512GB, however, the 12GB/256GB storage variant will only be available in Black Eclipse color.
About the OnePlus 13R, which is possibly the OnePlus Ace 5 re-branded version, the device will only arrive in 12GB/256GB storage option as per the update. It is also likely to be introduced in two colorways – Nebula Noir and Astral Trail.
Also to note, the two smartphones are also mentioned to hit the global market soon, suggesting that they both will be unveiled on the same day itself globally. The launch is expected to take place early next year, probably in the month of January 2025.
Just to add, we have spotted the OnePlus 13 global model on BIS, NBTC, TUV Rheinland, and SIRIM databases. The OnePlus 13R has also made its appearance on the SIRIM certification platform too.
OnePlus 13 – Specifications
The OnePlus 13 smartphone is equipped with the latest Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, and has a 6.82″ LTPO AMOLED display with 1440 x 3168 pixels resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. At the rear, a 50MP(primary) + 50MP(periscope telephoto) + 50MP(ultrawide) triple camera system, and for selfies, a 32MP front-facing camera are present. A 6000 mAh Si/C battery is backed within, supporting 100W wired, 50W wireless, 10W reverse wireless, and 5W reverse wired charging features.
OnePlus 13R – Expected/Revealed Specifications
The OnePlus 13R is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, and may feature a 1.5K flat OLED display. It is said to sport a 50MP(primary) + 8MP(ultrawide) + 2MP(macro) triple rear camera unit, as well as a 16MP selfie camera. A 6000 mAh battery backup and 100W wired fast charge support (no wireless charging) are also among the expected specifications.
