Lexus, the well-known luxury car brand, has unveiled its 2026 Lexus ES facelift in the Chinese market. The new car model is also expected to arrive in UAE as well, since it is one of the Lexus ES key markets and is known for its combination of performance, refinement, and reliability.

2026 Lexus ES Facelift Introduced
First speaking of the new design, in order to stay competitive, a refined and more premium look has been provided with the spindle grille featuring a sleeker pattern, redesigned bumper, and sharper headlamps. The headlamps incorporate an upgraded LED lighting system, along with inverted L-shaped DRLs. At the rear, again a revised bumper and new taillights are part of the new model. More new color options and also new wheel designs further enhances the overall design language.
Coming to the performance, it is expected to be offered as a hybrid-only model across markets. As of now, the current model is available in 215hp 2.5 litre inline 4 hybrid and 302hp 3.5 litre V6 options. The GA-K platform is also an important spec.
Speaking of the other tech and infotainment features, a larger 14″ display screen with an improved user interface and upgraded connectivity options, wireless smartphone integration, voice recognition, and HVAC controls on display are some of the key updates. Adaptive cruise control, better braking system, and lane-keeping assist are said to be the expected driver assistant systems on it.
As mentioned, as of now, the 2026 Lexus ES facelift has only been unveiled in China, however, within the next year in 2025, the UAE launch is probably going to take place. Following its launch, the 2026 Lexus ES facelift will likely be positioned as the leader in UAE’s mid-size luxury sedan segment.
