Spotify Puts a Stop to All Modded or Cracked Versions of its Platform Globally

Users of Spotify, which is considered to be one of the most widely used audio and media streaming platform, in order to enjoy its full benefits, would have to pay for the premium version or be stuck with only the basic features that are being offered in the free version. One of the other alternative options to enjoy the full benefits of Spotify without having to pay for the premium membership is by using a modded or cracked version of the platform.

Well this cannot be done anymore as it appears that Spotify has had enough with all these modded or cracked versions and with people pirating their services. All the modded or cracked versions of Spotify have stopped working and users across the world who have been using such versions have been affected by this sudden act of Spotify.

Spotify Modded or Cracked Versions No More?

While Spotify hasn’t yet come forward and announced its decision officially, all cracked or modded versions of the Spotify platform have stopped working entirely and users across the world have noticed this change. On these unofficial versions of Spotify, users are now unable to access their playlists, see their liked songs, stream music, search for songs, or even make use of any other features.

As of now, only the official version of Spotify on Android, iOS, and web are working and it is best advised that users who have been using the modded or cracked versions switch to these. If they still want to access premium features, subscribe to Spotify Premium by paying the required amount. Also, be aware that many new modded or cracked versions are arriving, but contain malware and viruses that may affect your device and private data.
