Realme’s Neo 7 Smartphone Battery Features Revealed as Official Launch Date Approaches

The Chinese smartphone maker, Realme, will be launching its latest Neo 7 smartphone model this month in its home market and following the previous teaser updates, more have been shared online. The battery features of the upcoming device are now revealed with the new teaser posters.

Realme Neo 7 – Revealed Battery Features

The Realme Neo 7 smartphone was previously teased to pack a battery with 6500+ mAh capacity and reports already suggested that it could be a 7000 mAh battery. Yes, as expected, Realme along with CATL (Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited), will be bringing a 7000 mAh large battery in the upcoming Neo 7 smartphone model.

Speaking more, up to three days of battery life can thus be expected on the upcoming device (for light usage), with 89 hours of music playback, 23 hours of video playback, 22 hours of map navigation, and 14 hours of video calling. In terms of gaming, 8.5 hours of gaming battery life is claimed with no interruptions [‘Honor of Kings’ game was played for 8.5 hours straight at 120FPS].

Also to note, in the third poster image, we are also able to spot the front look design of the Realme Neo 7 device. It appears to be a flat display with very thin bezels and in comparison a slightly thicker chin. One can also find a centrally-aligned punch-hole selfie camera on the display, as well as the volume rocker and power button at the right side panel.

Realme will be officially unveiling its Neo 7 smartphone in China on the 11th of December 2024, this month, at CNY 2499 equal or lower starting price. The mid-range device apart from better battery and gaming specs, is also said to feature a better build quality with durable materials (IP68+ rating). Moreover, a flash charge support (80W wired) will also be present on the device.

To add, the upcoming Realme smartphone has also been certified by the 3C and MIIT authorities of China, and it has reportedly made it to the AnTuTu benchmark platform with 2 million+ performance score (2,404,366 points). The device is also expected to be powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 9300+ processor.
