Honor Releases its New MagicBook X14 Plus 2025 and MagicBook X16 Plus 2025 Laptop Models in China

The Chinese consumer electronics maker, Honor, unveiled three of its 300 series sub-flagship devices in its home market recently and along with it, also released its MagicBook X14 Plus 2025 and MagicBook X16 Plus 2025 laptop models in the country. The latest devices come in two storage options and two color choices.

MagicBook X14 Plus 2025 – Specs and Features

The MagicBook X14 Plus 2025 features a 14″ anti-glare display screen with 16:10 aspect ratio, 88% screen-to-body ratio, 2880 x 1800 pixels (2.8K) resolution, 430 nits brightness rate, and 60Hz/120Hz refresh rate. It has also been TUV certified with blue-light and flicker free display capabilities, and features an ultra-slim(15.9 mm) and light-weight(1.34 kg) body.

Coming to its performance details, it equips itself with an Intel Core i5-220H processor with Intel Graphics, and comes in storage configurations of 16GB/1TB and 32GB/1TB. The device also runs on the Windows 11 Home operating system. YOYO Assistant, Multi-Screen Collaboration, Magic Ring, and Magic AI are some of its notable features.

Other key specs include 720 pixels front camera, full-size back-lit keyboard, 5-point touch pad, dual microphones and speakers, and fingerprint power button. Two USB type-C ports, two USB type-A ports, an HDMI port, and a 3.5mm audiojack are the connectivity ports on it. Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.1, and NFC are the other connectivity specs.

Regarding the battery, the laptop packs a 60Wh battery onboard and supports a 65W fast charge feature, ensuring both a long lasting battery and a faster charging support.

About the MagicBook X16 Plus 2025 model, it has a larger 16″ anti-glare display with 16:10 aspect ratio, 89% screen-to-body ratio, 2560 x 1600 pixels resolution (2.5K), 430 nits brightness rate, and 60Hz/120Hz refresh rate. Again, the 16″ laptop is also TUV certified with blue-light and flicker free display capabilities. Speaking of its form factor, it is 17.9 mm ultra thin and only weighs 1.79 kg.

The same Intel Core i5-220H processor powers the MagicBook X16 Plus 2025, and it is integrated with Intel Graphics and runs on Windows 11 Home. 16GB/1TB and 32GB/1TB storage choices are also available for the device. YOYO Assistant, Multi-Screen Collaboration, Magic Ring, and Magic AI are also present on it.

Moreover, 720 pixels front camera, full-size back-lit keyboard, 5-point touch pad, dual microphones and speakers, and fingerprint power button are also offered, along with two USB type-C ports, two USB type-A ports, an HDMI port, and a 3.5mm audiojack. A larger 75Wh battery is also backed within the device, and it supports a 65W fast charging feature too. The same fast charging experience with an even longer battery life can be enjoyed by users.

Price and Availability

The MagicBook X14 Plus 2025 and MagicBook X16 Plus 2025 are priced at starting prices of CNY 4899 and CNY 5099 for the 16GB/1TB model, whereas the 32GB/1TB higher storage model of the two carry price tags of CNY 5199 and CNY 5399, respectively. Both the laptops models can also be purchased in Starry Gray and Light Sea Blue colors.

The sale is now live in China and the shipments are scheduled to begin from the 12th of December 2024 onwards.
