Windows 11 24H2 Now Rolling Out To More PCs Despite Some Known Issues

Microsoft has recently started the rollout of Windows 11 24H2 update also known as Windows 11 2024 update. Well as soon as the users installed this update, they started reporting about various bug issues faced after installing this latest version on their PC.

Despite these known issues, Microsoft has updated its support documentation and mentioned that the rollout of Windows 11 24H2 has now entered the next stage of the rollout on December 4. This means the update is being offered to a wide range of eligible devices running Windows 11, versions 22H2 and 23H2.

Users who find this update on their PCs should be aware that this update comes with various known bugs.

Windows 11 24H2 Bugs

As per a report by Windows Latest. The issues in Windows 11 24H2 include- a bug that causes the mouse cursor/text highlighter to disappear when you select the address bar in a browser. It causes the audio to stop working and the WiFi to disappear. On some Dell laptops, this update causes a shutdown bug. While Asus reported that Dolby Atmos could go missing after this update.

Some other problems are BSOD, Task manager reporting, the system file checker tool being affected, the file explorer menu still appearing outside the menu, and there are also reports of blank clipboard history.
