Vivo Y300 5G Launching This Month in China with Super Speakers; Different From the Indian Model
The Chinese leading smartphone manufacturer, Vivo, following the Y300 Pro 5G launch in its home market back in September 2024, is planning to unveil the vanilla Y300 5G model too in the country. However, unlike the one that was launched in India last month in November 2024, the Chinese model is likely different. Via the poster image, the launch date, camera module, color variants, and a key spec of the upcoming Y300 5G Chinese model have been revealed.

Vivo Y300 5G (Chinese Model) – Launching on 16th December 2024
Vivo will be launching its Y300 5G Chinese model in collaboration with AAC, and the official launch is scheduled to take place on the 16th of December 2024 at 2:30 PM local time. Also to add, a projected squircle rear camera module is present on the device, seemingly housing two camera sensors and an LED ring light. White and Green color variants can also be expected for the device. Notably, a ‘Super Speaker’ system has been teased as a key spec.
As mentioned, previously the brand had unveiled the pro model of the series in China and it is currently available for purchase. Since the launch date for the Y300 5G (Chinese model) has been confirmed, teaser updates can be expected in the coming days, which will reveal more about the device, and after its launch next week, pricing and availability details will be known.
