Swiggy Launches Invite-Only ‘One BLCK’ Premium Membership with On-Time Delivery Guarantee at Rs 299
Swiggy has launched a new invite-only premium membership program called ‘One BLCK,’ designed to provide enhanced services for customers seeking premium experiences. The announcement, made in Bengaluru on December 11, 2024, introduces several exclusive benefits for members.
The new membership program brings several first-of-its-kind features to India’s food delivery and quick commerce space. Members will receive faster deliveries on all food orders, backed by an On-Time Guarantee. For those who enjoy dining out, the membership includes complimentary cocktails, drinks, or desserts at partner restaurants.
Members of One BLCK will also retain all benefits of the regular Swiggy One membership, such as unlimited free deliveries for both food orders and Instamart purchases, along with exclusive discounts. What sets this premium tier apart is the access to priority customer support through Swiggy’s top customer care agents.

The membership extends beyond Swiggy’s core services, offering exclusive perks through partnerships with major brands including Amazon Prime, Hotstar, Hamleys, and Cinepolis. Launch members will also receive a complimentary Yatra Prime membership.
This premium offering builds on the success of Swiggy One, launched in 2021, which has seen approximately 80% of its members using two or more Swiggy services and spending three times more than non-members.
One BLCK memberships are currently available at an introductory price of INR 299 for three months. As an invite-only service, the membership will be rolled out in phases to select users across India. Current Swiggy One members have the option to upgrade to this premium tier.
