Motorola Launches Four New Budget Smartphones: Moto G15, G15 Power, G05, and E15
Motorola has announced the entry of four new entry-level smartphones in its G series and E series. The G series includes the Moto G15, Moto G15 Power, and Moto G05 smartphones, while the E series features the new Moto E15 smartphone.
Moto G15 and G15 Power: Specs and Features

Both devices feature a sophisticated 50MP main camera system with Quad Pixel technology, complemented by a 5MP ultra-wide lens (f/2.4, 1.75 µm pixel size) and an 8MP front camera (f/2.0, 1.12 µm pixel size). Their comprehensive sensor array includes a fingerprint reader, proximity sensor, accelerometer, ambient light sensor, gyroscope, SAR sensor, sensor hub, and E-compass.
The standard G15, available in Gravity Grey, Iguana Green, and Sunrise Orange, is powered by a 5200mAh battery with 18W charging capability, promising two full days of use. It offers flexible configurations with either 4GB or 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM (expandable up to 12GB or 24GB through RAM Boost) and storage options of 128GB, 256GB, or 512GB, all expandable up to 1TB via microSD.
The G15 Power, offered in Gravity Grey and Iguana Green, distinguishes itself with a larger 6000mAh battery supporting 30W TurboPower charging, delivering up to 58 hours of use. It’s driven by a MediaTek Helio G81 Extreme processor featuring a 2.0 GHz octa-core CPU and Arm Mali-G52 MC2 GPU. The Power variant comes with 8GB LPDDR4X RAM (expandable up to 24GB) and 256GB storage, also expandable up to 1TB.
Moto G05: Specs and Features
It is available in Forest Green and Plum Red, and introduces a balanced feature set with its HD+ display (1612 × 720p, 263 ppi). It’s powered by the MediaTek Helio G81 Extreme processor, featuring 2xA75 2.0 GHz + 6xA55 1.7 GHz octa-core CPU and 820 MHz Arm Mali-G52 MC2 GPU. Memory options include 4GB or 8GB LPDDR4X RAM (expandable up to 12GB/24GB) and storage choices of 64GB or 128GB, expandable up to 1TB.
The device’s 50MP main camera (f/1.8, 0.64 µm) features Quad Pixel Technology and is accompanied by an 8MP front camera (f/2.05, 1.12 µm). The G05 packs a 5200mAh battery with 18W charging support and includes a side fingerprint reader along with ThinkShield for Mobile security features.

Notable is its 90Hz refresh rate and impressive brightness capabilities, reaching 1000 nits in High Brightness Mode and 800 nits typical brightness. The device utilizes the same MediaTek Helio G81 Extreme processor as its siblings but comes with 2GB LPDDR4X RAM (expandable up to 6GB) and 64GB storage, expandable up to 1TB.
The E15’s camera system features a 32MP main sensor (f/2.2, 0.64 µm) with Quad Pixel Technology and an 8MP front camera (f/2.05, 1.12 µm). It maintains the 5200mAh battery with 18W charging capabilities and runs on Android 14 (Go edition). The device’s physical dimensions match the G05 at 165.67 x 75.98 x 8.17mm and weighs 188.8g.
Common Features and Connectivity
All devices share premium build elements including vegan leather construction, IP54 water-repellent design, and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The connectivity suite includes USB Type-C (2.0), 3.5mm headphone jack, Bluetooth 5.0, and Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac support across 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands.
