OPPO Find X8 Pro Smartphone Chinese and Global Models Receive New Software Updates: Improvements and Feature Additions

OPPO has already unveiled its two latest Find X8 series devices both in the Chinese and global markets. Now, for the pro model, OPPO is rolling out new software updates for both Chinese and global users. The new software updates bring certain improvements and feature additions.

The OPPO Find X8 Pro software updates for the Chinese and global users have respective firmware versions of ‘PKC110_15.0.0.306(CN01)’ and ‘V20P01(BRA1EX01)’, with a storage size of 889.68 MB and 29.87 MB. As mentioned, several improvements and feature additions are part of the two updates.

The ‘PKC110_15.0.0.306(CN01)’ update for the Chinese model brings improvements to stage recognition scenes and brings camera performance upgrades. Wireless connection and stability have also been improved. Camera Watermarks are also receiving certain upgrades with many customization options. Live Photos also now will be able to support multiple editing parameters. The effects can also be retrieved and readjusted later too. Call notification, global voice summary, AI deletion support, and a terminal-side AI large model have been added, which can be accessed even without any network connection. On the system side, incompatibility issues have been resolved and the system stability and fluency have been optimized. Added fluid charging cloud, enhanced charging status reminder, reduced desktop charging interface, and optimized wireless charging experience are also among the update changelog.

Speaking of the ‘V20P01(BRA1EX01)’ update for the global model, system stability improvements, optimized weather widgets, added photo features (such as date display when dragging the sidebar, filtered view of photos, videos, and favorites, lock whole photo or video album, and retaining ProXDR after editing photos with watermark), and pop-up warning on Phone Manager after installing risky apps.
