Lava Teases The Launch Of A New Smartphone; Could Be Lava Yuva 2 5G

The smartphone brand Lava unveiled its all-new Lava Blaze Duo smartphone a few days back in the Indian market and seems like the company has now one more new smartphone in its store for Indian consumers. Lava has today officially teased the launch of a new device on the X platform.

The brand has not revealed the moniker of the device but has teased the camera module design while the upcoming smartphone comes with the tagline AB DUNIA KO DIKHAAA. Well the company may have not revealed the moniker, but a user in the comment section shared a YouTube short posted by the Technical Masti channel which reveal quite a few details about this upcoming Lava device. The channel has also posted a full video of unboxing this upcoming Lava device and has revealed its detailed specs as well.

It is revealed that the upcoming smartphone will be Lava Yuva 2 5G. The camera module arrives with a unique design and houses dual camera sensors along with LED flash. The rear panel features a glass back. Users will get a transparent back cover, an 18W charger, and a Type-A to Type-C cable inside the box. On the front, it features a punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera. The right side houses volume and power buttons while on the left there is a SIM card tray. At the bottom, there is a 3.5mm audio jack and USB-Type C port.

The device is said to arrive with a 50MP main camera, a 2MP secondary camera, and an 8MP selfie camera.  It sports a 6.67-inch HD+ IPS LCD display that offers 700 nits peak brightness and a 90Hz refresh rate. It is powered by Unisoc T760 SoC based on a 6nm process paired with Mali G52 GPU. It will be offered in 4GB LPDDR4x RAM and 64GB UFS 2.2 internal storage. The device will be backed by a 5000 mAh battery and supports 18W fast charge. It runs on Android 14 OS and is said to receive an Android 15 upgrade along with 3 years of security updates as well. Other features include- side mounted fingerprint sensor, IP52 rating, 4GB virtual RAM, and dual stereo speakers.

Lava devices are usually sold via Amazon, it is expected that in the coming days, the microsite for this upcoming Lava device might be made live on the platform, while the brand will also be soon announcing the launch date of this device.
