Xiaomi Pad 7 with Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3, 8850mAh Battery Launched in India Starting at Rs. 27,999
Xiaomi has launched its new tablet, the Xiaomi Pad 7, in the Indian market after its initial release in China. The tablet features an 11.2-inch 3.2K display with a 144Hz refresh rate.
The device comes with a Nano Texture Display option that provides anti-glare and anti-reflective features. Xiaomi claims this technology reduces interference light by 99% and reflectivity by 65% while offering improved eye protection.
The Pad 7 runs on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 processor and operates on Android 15-based Xiaomi HyperOS 2. It includes features such as AI Writing, AI Live Subtitles, and Xiaomi Creation tools.
Built with a unibody metal design, the tablet has IP52 dust and water resistance. Xiaomi has also introduced a floating keyboard accessory with 0° to 124° adjustment, 64 backlit keys, and a mechanical touchpad. The Xiaomi Focus pen offers 8192 levels of pressure sensitivity.

Pricing and Availability
The tablet comes in Graphite Grey, Mirage Purple, and Sage Green colors. Pricing starts at Rs. 27,999 for the 8GB+128GB model, Rs. 30,999 for the 12GB+256GB variant, and Rs. 32,999 for the Nano Texture Display Edition with 12GB+256GB configuration.
Accessories are priced separately: the Keyboard (Black and White) at Rs. 4,999, the focus keyboard (Black) at Rs. 8,999, the protective cover at Rs. 1,499, and the Focus pen at Rs. 5,999. Sales begin January 13th through Amazon.in, mi.com, and Xiaomi Retail stores, with the nano texture edition and keyboard arriving in February 2025.
