OnePlus Nord 3 Gets OxygenOS 15.0.0.701 in India with March 2025 Security Patch, Resizable Folders, UI Tweaks, and Privacy Enhancements

The OnePlus Nord 3 is now next in line to receive its March 2025 security patch update. OnePlus has officially announced the rollout of OxygenOS 15.0.0.701 for the Nord 3 in the India region. Other regions will also receive the update, although the timeline has not been shared yet.

The update size is around 1.19 GB and is currently being pushed with the version number CPH2491_15.0.0.701(EX01). Since the rollout has just begun, some users may receive it early. However, if you haven’t received it yet, don’t worry — the complete rollout usually takes about a week or two.

The changelog includes support for resizing home screen folders to 1×2 or 2×1, allowing for better layout flexibility. The dock now supports displaying five apps even when the home screen is set to show four per row. Notification and Quick Settings animations have been refined for a smoother experience. The update also integrates the March 2025 Android security patch, strengthening system security. In addition, the privacy password reset flow has been updated — users will now be prompted to link their password to their OnePlus account, enabling easier recovery in case it’s forgotten.
