PM Narendra Modi came live on Saturday and addressed the nation and announced vaccination drive for age group of 15-18 years old from 3 January 2022. The beginning of a new vaccination phase from January 2022 will complete a year of India’s vaccination trip as the inoculation drive against Covid-19 started on January 16, 2021.
As for side- effects, experts said that they’re same for children as that among adults and include pain at the injection point, headache, muscle or common pain, and fever and chills that are generally temporary and mostly pass within 48 hours. There are around one hundred million children in the age group of 15-18. Since schools have also reopened parents and teachers were eagerly waiting for the vaccination of the children so that children attend the classes in good amount.
