Google’s parent Alphabet Q4 reports $75 billion revenue

Google’s parent company Alphabet Inc.  Q4 2021 reports $75.3 Billion of revenue. The report has been of months October to December. The company has also reported the results of the fiscal year 2021.

The generated revenue is 32%  from $56.9 billion in the Q4 of 2021. The operating income is at $21.9 billion and net income is at around $20.64 for quarter four. While Alphabet reported $65.1 billion revenue and $18.94 net income, in Q3 2021.

CEO of Google and Alphabet, Sundar Pichai said – “Our deep investment in Artificial Intelligence technologies continues to draw extraordinary experiences for people and businesses”. He added ” Q4 saw ongoing strong growth in our ad business, which support millions of businesses thrive and find new customers, a quarterly sales record for our Pixel phones despite supply constraints, and our Cloud business continuing to grow strongly”, as per sources.

CFO of Google and Alphabet, Ruth Porat said – “Q4  revenues are up 32% year over year, is as of broad-based strength in advertiser spend and consumer online activity, as well growth from Google Cloud”. He also said -“Our investment supported to drive growth by delivering services that people and our partners need. And we continue to invest in long-term opportunities.”

Google-owned Youtube also generated $8.63 billion of revenue in Q4, 2021. The revenue of Google Cloud was $5.54 billion in the same quarter. Google’s other revenue including Play Store and non-advertising YouTube revenues reported $8.16 billion, as per reports.
