Hyundai Motor said it deeply regrets the offense caused to Indians due to a non-business tweet from the official Pakistan Hyundai on Kashmir.
Hyundai Motors subsidiary ‘Hyundai India’ has tweeted the statement made by Hyundai Motors. The tweet states that the company cannot comment on political or religious matters. The company further made Hyundai Pakistan’s partner responsible for his action. The partner was notified to remove the Kasmir-related post by Hyundai. Also, Hyundai claims to prevent such future occurrences.
According to the statement, Hyundai says that Hyundai India is not associated with Pakistan’s Hyundai partner. Hyundai Motors is genuine to Indian customers for many years. And Hyundai Motors is regretful for the unauthorized tweet made by its Pakistan partner.d

Because of this tweet, the shares of Hyundai and KIA were affected. Resulting in instant deacceleration. With a loss of 1.84 percent or 3500, Hyundai Shares stood at 1,86,500, on Monday.
The Indians called for a boycott of Hyundai after the Pakistan partner of Hyundai tweeted in support of Kashmiri ‘brothers’ and their struggle for freedom.’
