On Thursday, February 10, The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) declared the results of the CA Final and Foundation 2021 exams. Radhika Chauthmal Beriwala has topped the CA Final December 2021 exams. She scored a whopping 640 out of 800marks in the CA Final.
32,888 students had been registered for CA Final (Old scheme) while 95,213 for the new scheme. Out of these registered candidates, 11868 have passed the exams. The pass percentage for Group 1 was 22.3% while for Group 2 it was 30.52%.
Radhika Beriwala belongs to Surat, Gujarat. She had completed her B. Com in 2021 from the SD Jain College, Surat. Chauthmal Berwala, Radhika’s father is a textile business owner while her mother, Asha Beriwala is a housewife.
In an interview, she revealed, “Recently, female toppers have ruled the scoreboard. It is just an indication that girls can do anything if given a chance. Parents’ support is the key.” She also said that she was aiming to give the CA Final May attempt. However, due to the pandemic, her attempt was delayed. She informed that she continued to study even when all the coaching institutions were closed due to the pandemic. She told that online education was an advantage for her because she received more time for self-studies. She also advises the other students to focus only on ICAI study material instead of getting diverted by multiple resources.
