TATA IPL Mega Auction 2022: David Miller bought for 300 lakhs by Gujarat Titans

David triggered a war between Gujarat Titans and Rajasthan Royals, where Gujarat Titans won.

Since making his debut for the Punjab Kings in 2012 against Royal Challengers Bangalore at Mohali, David Miller has played in ten editions of the IPL. Miller scored a brilliant century – 101 off just 38 balls – to help Punjab chase down the target of 191 runs in just 18 overs.
With 95 appearances for South Africa in T20Is, Miller is the most capped Proteas player outside of his 140 ODI appearances for his country. With 1974 runs in the world’s best T20 league, he is just 11 games away from featuring in 100 IPL matches.
