Russia Ukraine Crisis : Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant is much more powerful than the one in Chornobyl
Ukraine officials confirm that Zaporizhzhia nuclear powerplant is on fire after Russian shellings. Ukraine’s president has confirmed that if the pant explodes this will be the end of Europe. Since Russia has been advancing Ukraine, several reports are coming in of heavy shellings on Zaporizhzhia Power Plant.
The Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Station in Enerhodar, Ukraine, is Europe’s and one of the world’s largest nuclear power plants. It is located in southeastern Ukraine, near Enerhodar, on the Dnieper River’s southern shore of the Kakhovka Reservoir.
According to IAEA – International Atomic Energy Agency Ukraine informed IAEA that Russian forces took control of the site of Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant; says safety systems of the plant’s six reactors had not been affected and there has been no release of radioactive material. Two people were reported injured.

The U.S. Embassy in Kyiv also posted from its Twitter account that It is a war crime to attack a nuclear power plant. Putin’s shelling of Europe’s largest nuclear plant takes his reign of terror one step further.
