A superyacht is recently docked on the coast of Carrara, by Italian authorities. Russia’s jailed opposition leader Alexei Navalny has published a video in which Putin owns one of the world’s largest yachts and the superyacht is currently under the seizure of Italy. According to the researchers, many crew members are allegedly identified as Russian employees.

The superyacht allegedly owned by Putin is a luxurious superyacht named the Scheherazade. It was built by a German ship maker La Sen in 2020. It is estimated worth 700 million dollars. It is a 459 feet long luxury boat that includes a swimming pool, two helipads, a spa complex, a beauty salon, and a movie theatre. Scheherazade also includes the security system of shooting down drones.

According to the New York Times, the Italian law enforcement has opened an inquiry about the yacht. It is also subjected to EU and US sanctions.
