Anonymous shows how to setup a tinder profile in Russia

On March 14, a group of international creatives launched a special operation via the popular dating app Tinder to avoid Russian wartime censorship. The main idea is to inform people about the violence and strategies raging in Ukraine, with valid messages, inserted in profile pictures and those in the gallery. The authors of this initiative all people with a must-tinder account to join the movement to spread the truth. Russia has tightened its control over the internet. Authorities have blocked access to Facebook, Instagram, restricted Twitter, and banned several foreign news organizations’ websites. This means that Russian people don’t have access to the truth about the war and tragedy happening in Ukraine.

To counter this, a group of innovative people had the idea of using Tinder called “Special love Operation” this project is notably led by the creative director of the Jandl Agency, based in Slovakia, Alex Strimbeanu. This idea emerged during February when it had been reported that some Russian soldiers were contacting Ukrainian women through Tinder and Bumble.

This Website has a special message for Russians it reads as,

Dear Russians, the West does not hate you. We hate the war. We hate the unprovoked invasion of Ukraine. The Russian army is killing innocent people while Putin is lying and hiding the truth from you. Your brothers and sisters are dying because of the madness and delusion of a dictator. Spread the truth. Make love, not war!
