Hacktivist Group Anonymous is not happy with Twitter, here is why

Anonymous group has laid out its dissatisfaction from Twitter. According to the group, several Twitter accounts of Anonymous have been banned by Twitter or suspended.

In one of the posts by anonymous, it said  Several accounts are unfairly censored for conveying truth and resistance. This account can probably also be overturned, but we are driven by resistance. After all, we are hydra. Cut off one head and two sprouted in place.

The two accounts in question were ( @OpsAn0n  and@OpsAn0nymous) that were suspended by Twitter this evening. 

Anonymous has raged a war against Russia for invading Ukraine. Several accounts and websites belonging to Russian descent have been either hacked or DDOS’d. In a recent attack, anonymous claimed they have hacked the Russian Central Bank. However, according to Anonymous, Twitter is raging censorship against the group.

In a further statement anonymous said  It is not today that Twitter has been bombarding us with its bans and restrictions. With that in mind, we decided to lift the #StopCensureTwitter tag. A simple tag that can be used by everyone who suffers from Twitter’s unfounded censorship.

Update :

According to a new update, 3 more accounts have been suspended by Twitter so far. According to a user PuckArks , several Twitter accounts have been censored by Twitter in just 24 hours. The three new accounts that have been suspended by Twitter are@Technotna @ivyanonymiss001  and @anonymousspart0.

Even Elon Musk has raised concerns over twitter’s not following democracy and not allowing free speech. He even went on to say whether a new platform should be created to counter this Twitter.
