Roscosmos chief Dmitry Rogozin revealed this on Twitter. He said that he would submit to the Kremlin a time-table for completing the existing projects. Rogozin’s decision comes after several threats from Roscosmos and delays and suspension of projects. The attack on Ukraine has followed a wave of Western sanctions against oligarchs affiliated with Putin. Frustrated by sanctions, Russia had earlier threatened to blow up the ISS.
