Bayern scripts history by winning 10th Bundesliga
One of the most successful clubs from all around the world and the most consistent team of the German league, Bundesliga. The Robert Lewandowski team has secured a 10th straight title win. Bayern had just lost four games in this season and were far ahead of Dortmund in the final. Polish striker Lewandowski has been the star of the team with 33 goals to his name in comparison to 41 in the previous season.
However, things are still on a shaky side for the Polish captain as his contract is set to expire in 2023 which is a big concern for Bayern Munich. Thomas Muller said after the match, “It was an opportunity to set the record straight. There has been a lot of frustration recently and it was an opportunity to let off steam. Now everything is wonderful.”
