According to our research LLC Capital / ООО Капитал, a specialized accounting firm which works with Mikhail Gutseriev’s SAFMAR Group and its assets, including PJSC RussNeft.

The anonymous collective has been working hard to launch a full-blown cyberwar against Russia for attacking Ukraine.

Who is Mikail (Mikhail) Safarbekovich Gutseriev ?

Mikail (Mikhail) Safarbekovich Gutseriev (Russian: иаил аарéкови уериев; born 9 March 1958 in Akmolinsk, Kazakh SSR, Soviet Union) is a Russian businessman worth billions of dollars. Gutseriev made his money after the Soviet Union fell apart.

He was once the owner of Russneft, Russia’s largest oil company. He has been a regular member of Forbes’ annual ranking of the 200 wealthiest Russians since 2002, and as of 2021, he was ranked 60th with $2.5 billion. After being charged with tax evasion, he escaped Russia in 2007. After the allegations against him were dropped, he returned to Russia in 2010.

Gutseriev was sanctioned by the European Union and the United Kingdom in 2021, following large-scale anti-regime protests in Belarus, for his long-standing support and friendship with Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko.
