ASUS Zenbook 17 Fold
In the last several years, folding technology has gone from concept to reality. The foldable smartphone revolution has now spread to tablets and laptops, largely thanks to Samsung and its line of foldable smartphones. The Zenbook 17 Fold OLED was announced at CES 2022 by Asus.
While it isn’t ready for purchase yet (Asus claims mid-2022), it appears to be a viable folding tablet attempt. The 17-inch OLED display is larger than most tablets, but if you want something smaller, you can fold it in half to make a smaller tablet or bend it at a 90-degree angle to make it look like a laptop.
Skydio 2+
Consumer drones are everywhere these days, and while DJI has a monopoly on the industry, many other firms are finding innovative methods to separate apart. One of these brands, Skydio, is creating headlines with its innovative features. It unveiled the latest version of its Skydio 2 – the Plus version – at CES 2022.
Given how enthusiastic people were with the original Skydio 2, it’s unexpected that they’d create an upgrade that makes such significant modifications. Skydio also included their keyframe technology on top of a 20% increase in battery life and control range.
BMW’s iX Flow color changing car
The BMW iX Flow was one of the most talked-about topics at this year’s CES, and for good reason! Even though it is only a concept car, the iX Flow boasts a unique feature. Yes, it appears to be a very ordinary and somewhat uninteresting car, but it can change color at the push of a button.
BMW has used color-changing e-ink ‘paint,’ which allows it to switch from black to white with ease. Paint is an inadequate description of the technology involved. Instead, BMW has wrapped the automobile in a body wrap that includes electrophoretic technology.

Certainly, a lamp can illuminate your space, but can it also keep track of your breathing, sleep, heart rate, and movement? No? Whatever you think of that, it’s exactly what this innovative light bulb introduced at CES 2022 can accomplish.
The Sengled Smart Health Monitoring Light is more than just a light bulb that can link to a smart assistant; it’s also a human vitals detection device. In essence, you can track all of your health data from the comfort of your own home without the need for a health tracking device.
You may even configure the light to respond to your actions. If you’ve had a horrible night’s sleep, you might prefer a strong white light to wake you up, or something a little dimmer if it detects you’ve lay down. The creepiest lighting is the mood lighting.
Samsung eco remote
Samsung had a lot of technology to show off at this year’s CES, but the one that caught our eye was a TV remote. Yes, it seems odd coming from a business that has shown off massive TVs and sophisticated projectors, but The Eco Remote is a very stunning item.
Samsung has been attempting to promote more ecologically friendly products for some time, and with this remote, they claim that you will never need to charge it again. There will be no more batteries or plugging it in. This remote, like Samsung’s earlier Eco Remote, can be charged by solar energy, but it can also be charged by collecting and converting radio waves from your router.
This remote should never run out of power thanks to solar electricity and radio waves! In comparison to some of Samsung’s less convincing environmental measures, this appears to be a true benefit.
