After Nupur Sharma’s suspension from BJP, film maker Ashoke Pandit tweets in her support
Nupur Sharma was Suspended from the Bharatiya Janata Party following her alleged derogatory remarks against Prophet Muhammad. Nupur Sharma on Sunday unconditionally withdrew the controversial statement made in a TV debate and said it was never her intention to hurt anyone’s religious feelings.
The BJP, on Sunday, had suspended spokespersons Nupur Sharma and Naveen Jindal from the party’s primary membership.
“I have been attending TV debates for the past many days where our Mahadev has been repeatedly humiliated and disrespected,” she stated in a message posted on Twitter. It was mockingly claimed that it was a fountain rather than Shivling. The Shivling was also mocked by comparing it to Delhi’s roadside signs and poles.”
Following the suspension filmmaker, Ashoke Pandit tweeted in support of Nupur Sharma and asked her to stay strong in her hard time.
