London club Tottenham Hotspurs are ready to bid for 77 million pounds for Argentine and Inter Milan player Lautaro Martinez. Moreover, Antonio Conte is said to be crazy for the for the signing of the Inter player.
Conte had worked with Martinez for a span of two years at the San Siro between 2018 and 2020 and Martinez was set to be an integral part in the Serie A title winning reign. The Italian would love to get back together and form another association as the two have shared some great memories in the past.
The Spurs are highly interested in the signing, according to Italian journalist Alfredo Pedulla.
“Lautaro Martinez wants to stay at Inter at all costs. But Tottenham, who are working on Kane’s renewal, will make an important proposal for Lautaro, from 90 million euros I am told. Then legitimately he can decide to evaluate, to stay. But Tottenham will make an attempt.
However, Inter do not want to let loose on Martinez at any cost and are expected to reject all offers regarding the Argentine.
But, if Inter somehow get back with Romelu Lukaku and Paulo Dybala, there are high chances of Tottenham getting the approval done by Martinez’s behalf. The player could turn out to be a game changer for the Spurs and the combination of Conte with Martinez is something every fan wants to witness again.
