Toyota has revealed that its latest mid-size SUV is soon to hit the market. The car manufacturer has let the Toyota Hyryder’s doors swing open ahead of its July 1 global introduction and posted a tempting preview on its social media channels.
Sharing the clip, Toyota India wrote, “HY there. Wouldn’t you agree that it is #HYTime our drives kept up with the times? Stay Tuned.”

Due to its full hybrid powertrain, the Toyota Hyryder is an Urban Cruiser; thus, the name Hyryder.
The Toyota Hyryder will have a high-end, chrome-filled front fascia, as seen in the clip. The piano-finished black bezel joining two headlamps, the strip LED DRLs sandwiched between the two headlights, and the sizable air dam all contribute to the front’s smooth design.
Although the car’s side profile is not entirely visible, but it reveals a “Hybrid” mark located just before the wings mirror with turn indicators. The video clip briefly reveals a body coating encircling the car from all sides. The rear has chrome trip lights with the Toyota logo in the middle, which are connected by c-shaped taillights. The car uses both mild- and fully-hybrid technologies. According to the specs, the hybrid technology will be paired with a 1.5-liter K15C engine.
