Legal Rights Observatory write to SC for seeking apology from CJI NV Ramana, Justice Kant and Justice Pardiwala
The Legal Rights Observatory (LRO) wrote a note to the Supreme Court while seeking an unconditional apology from CJI NV Ramana for Carrying Indian current situation in US.
LRO is a legal rights organisation associated with the Hindu nationalist organization Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh. The following organization files Legal complaints for protecting human rights.

However, the organisation is asking the Supreme Court to seek an unconditional apology from CJI NV Ramana who brought Indian Situation in front of US. And from Justice Kant, Justice Pardiwala who commented on Nupur Sharma.
The suspended BJP spokesperson Nupur Sharma is continuously being criticised by the citizens of India and also facing criticism at international level.
Her comment on Prophet Muhammad have triggered a massive international issue during which several people have lost their lives.
Recently, the Justice Kant and Justice Pardiwala blamed Nupur Sharma for Kanhaiyalal murder case. They stated that ‘Sharma’s ‘loose tongue’ has set the entire country on fire and she should apologize to the whole country.’
However, she has been transferred to SC for seeking the transfers of all the FIRs which are registered against her. Additionally, Sharma also mentioned that she is constantly receiving life threats.
Moreover, Justice Pardiwala also demanded the Parliament to enact a law to regulate social and digital media, actually the union government has already taken steps in this regard.
Henceforth, under the protection of human rights, Legal Rights Observatory is seeking an apology from Justice Pardiwala and Justice Kant who criticized Nupur Sharma.
