PSG (Paris Saint-Germain) is all set to announce Galtier as their French champions’ new coach. Galtier is going to replace Mauricio Pochettino.
As per reports, PSG will be holding a press conference at the club’s Parc des Princes stadium at 2:00pm (1200 GMT) for official introducing Galtier as the new coach.
When contacted by AFP on Monday, PSG declined to confirm that Galtier would be presented; however, Le Parisien as well as other local media afterwards shared some video clips of the 55-year-old heading towards the club’s offices outside of Paris on Twitter.

On August 26, 1966, Christophe Galtier was born. He is a former defender who currently manages a French professional football team. He has recently served as Nice’s head coach in Ligue 1.
Galtier was also a journeyman professional who played for Marseille for the most of his 15-year career, spending time at six other clubs—four in France and one each in Italy and China.
Following Lille’s 2nd position in Ligue 1 in 2018–19, Galtier earned the Best Manager of the Year award at the Trophées UNFP du football again in 2019. He shared the prize with Carlo Ancelotti in 2013. After leading Lille to their fourth Ligue 1 championship in club history in 2021, he won a trophy for a 3rd time.
