Elon Musk on Twitter; “Maybe Tesla should make a highly configurable Robovan for people & cargo?”

Elon Musk on Thursday tweets, “Maybe Tesla should make a highly configurable Robovan for people & cargo?”. Through this tweet, the Tesla owner has been suggesting that his company will manufacture a “highly programmable Robovan” for transportation of both the people and cargo.

However, it has been not yet confirmed that Tesla is making an electric van or a vehicle to transport people. The production plan of the vehicle is yet to be released by the automaker.

Earlier this year, Elon said that the Tesla will focus on boosting the manufacture of the Model Y and Model 3 in the year 2022. Musk has also said that a Tesla’s electric van will be introduced soon, as enough batteries are available now for the electric vans. Also, Musk has promised to introduce new Tesla products in the year 2023.

Later in September 2021, Musk also mentioned about a Robovan during the company’s meeting. He also highlighted that the Robovan, along with carrying a large number of people, it would also allow the disabilities to get in and out of the vehicle easily.
