Airtel India has been breached yet again
Airtel India, which is the largest telecom service provider for customers and Businesses in India earlier confirmed the data breach which led to a real threat not only in India but also globally. This was not only for telecom companies but for banks and credit card firms too. This telecom operator has termed this data breach as a major real threat to all the business. Not only previously even this time this incident happened recently where Airtel was breached. This time it was hacked by YDIO, which is a data retrieval specialist. The company stated that it takes responsibility for data security and also its customer privacy very seriously.

There are many customers who started complaining about the fraudulent activities that are taking place currently. There were previous certain instances too where customer claimed that their data which includes the mobile number and other details of other users of other companies namely Reliance were allegedly leaked on a website named magicpk. Some say that the website is unverified and also unsubstantiated.
Asking about certain recent incidents the MD and CEO stated that this data breach is becoming a real threat to the entire world. Not only the telecom companies facing such issues even the banks or credit card firms are experiencing similar incidents too. Earlier too there was a similar incident where the website by a hacker group named ‘ Red Rabbit Team’ had all the details of Airtel customers which includes, date of birth, phone numbers, addresses, and also Aadhar IDs.
