Edward Snowden replies to tech journalist Naomi Brockwell on privacy issue
The tech journalist, film, and TV producer Naomi Brockwell tweeted saying, “The more privacy videos I put out, the more I am convinced that: It’s not that people don’t care about privacy, it’s that they have no idea what’s going on.”
To which former American computer intelligence consultant Edward Snowden replied, “It is, in a dark way, psychologically reassuring to say, ‘Oh, everything is monitored and there’s nothing I can do. I shouldn’t bother.’ The problem is that it’s not true.”
