Tesla CEO Elon Musk finally reveals why he’s supporting the Republicans

On Tuesday, World’s Richest man, Elon Musk takes on Twitter to finally unveil his support for the Republicans by sharing an interesting post with his followers.
He shares a post, which says, “A SMART MAN BASES HIS POLITICAL BELIEFS ON HIS THOUGHTS, BUT A WISE ONE CHANGES THEM DEPENDING UPON WHO THEY ARE TROLLING.”

Earlier in June, Musk reveals that he voted for a QAnon-affiliated Republican for a U.S. House seat in Texas and that he’s leaning toward supporting Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis for president in 2024.
While Musk claims to have centrist inclinations and has held political views which are all over the place, he seemed to be drifting towards the hard-right Donald Trump’s territory.
In May, The Tesla CEO also said that while he had voted for Democrats in the past, he will now be voting for the Republicans.
“In the past I voted Democrat, because they were (mostly) the kindness party. But they have become the party of division & hate, so I can no longer support them and will vote Republican,” he tweeted in May.
He trolled Democrats for what he says in their drift towards extreme left-wing positions.
