Binance CEO denounced that he never spoke to apoorva mittal economic times reporter over WazirX issue
Recently, WazirX was raided by the Indian police over issues of Money Laundering. In the past Binance’s Ceo said he had a stake in the company. However, in a recent chain of events, Binance’s CEO denied any involvement with WazirX. He recently shared a screenshot of a tweet by an Indian reporter for Economic times Apoorva Mittal that he never spoke to her.
Apoorva tweeted BREAKING:CZ, CEO Binance tells me that the company does not own any stake in the parent entity of WazirX. The transaction was never completed. “Recent allegations about the operation of WazirX and how the platform is managed by Zanmai Labs are of deep concern”

According to the information provided ED said on Friday: that Binance rarely responds to queries on [email protected], and is without any known employees, or office.
However, some facts came that WazirX was involved in laundering money abroad. Also, ED has frozen several bank accounts belonging to the Crypto wallet company.
It would be worth seeing if Binance will cooperate with the Indian authorities.
